- I am taking an existing HVAC system in a institutional building in Kamloops and trying to improve on its efficiency. I would like to know as much about green design as possible in HVAC.

Yes it is! It is supposed to represent the wasted energy of fossil fuels of older HVAC systems. The moto was more heat more power (BTU's).
